A family run gym where the personal touch is free of charge!!!! Being a member at Fitness4Females means we know your name not your membership number.

We have a variety of cardio and resistance machines to work every muscle of your body in the fully air conditioned gymnasuim - and if need more motivation then we have 15+ classes per week in the fully air conditioned studio.  There is something for everyone.

Our fitness team will give you full instruction on all the equipment, an individually designed program which can be reviewed as often as you wish, and a health check before you start
